We are proud to partner with The 'local hub coming soon' in Middletown as our official community pickup hub.
Freshness Guarantee: Because our microgreens are harvested to order, they are at their nutritional peak when they arrive.
The 48-Hour Rule: To ensure you receive the highest quality product, please collect your order within 48 hours of receiving your "Ready for Pickup" notification.
Perishable Nature: Because our greens are a live product, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders not collected within the 48-hour window.

Local Delivery (Dayton & Middletown)
We offer doorstep delivery for our neighbors in the Dayton and Middletown areas.
Delivery Days: every wednesday
Handling: Our greens are transported in temperature-controlled environments to ensure they arrive crisp and nutrient-dense.
Extracts: Extract No. 0 and our apothecary line are available for both delivery and pickup.

Returns & Exchanges
At Chef’s Botanica, we stand behind the culinary quality of our estate-grown products.
fresh Greens: Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, all sales are final.
Apothecary Products: Due to the artisanal, small-batch nature of our botanical extracts, we do not accept returns.
Our Commitment: If there is an issue with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact the Chef immediately at chefsbotanicallc@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Fresh microgreens are currently exclusive to local delivery and pickup to ensure Cordon Bleu quality.
